For my brave son

Kert is my eldest son. The bravest young man I know. He has had more operations in his life than me. He never complains about it. He accepted his situation and always lands on his feet. He tries to get his life back to normal as soon as possible. After every operation. I admire his state of mind, his courage, his willpower to do that.
This time, we thought it will be just like that. He had his leg operation in December 19. After that, he said he feels better than after all other operations he had in the past. He wanted to be it back to normal as soon as possible. But it didn't happen. He's spending the New Year's Eve in the hospital. And we don't know when he is able to walk again. Sad, but true. I wish it was me and not him. How can you take away the pain from someone you love? Is that somehow possible? I doubt that...
We just have to live and wait and hope for the best. If it helps...

Ma ei oska sind lohutada, kuid soovin kogu südamest, et Kert jälle ruttu jalule saaks.

Thank you, girls! The support is always needed... and I hope Kert will be fine one day, too - although right now, we do not know much about the possibilities of his healing. We just need to stay positive!

Oh, I am so sorry to read that Kert has to be in hospital again after his operation in December before. Poor guy! I really hope he will finally walk like before or at least without pain and nearly like before....

Oh, Karin, kullake, mul on lausa pisarad silmis. Oma lapse valu ja vaeva võtaks tõepoolest iga kell! Läheks ometi kõik hästi ja Kert paraneks kiiresti! Kalli teile kõigile!

Karin, it is hard to find the right words on times like this but I want to say I DO hope he gets well!

Always stay positive, it's my best advice.

Thank you, girls! Tomorrow, he most probably will have a new operation. What exactly, we do not know yet. The doctor's meeting takes place tomorrow morning which decides the rest. Hopefully they can find something which can be done to make him walk again in the future, as soon as possible,
