This year, snow has let itself wait for several weeks. In last 2 years, the start of December has been VERY snowy. But not this year. It has been one looooong Autumn with loads of rain and strong wind. Only yesterday, it finally snowed, at least a little bit to make the ground white.
Today, we used this special moment and went outside, with our neighbours Aune and Glen. There was not enough snow to make a snowman, yet; but at least our boys were curious about this white material which covers the ground. They obviously do not remember anything about snow from last winter (when we had it way too much), as they were still tiny little babies then...
First snow makes the mood always MUCH better. A little bit more snow, and we are ready for Christmas!
